About me: I graduated from Physics at Dalhousie University (2009) and have recently started at UBC. Before joining SLIM I spent 5 years in industry where I worked extensively on underwater acoustic problems, doing research and developing software for both defence and bio-acoustic sonar applications. I contribute to open-source geophysics software projects and am a developer for the web-based modelling tool Modelr (http://modelr.io/about). In my spare-time I enjoy travelling and playing music.
