I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM, Mexico) in December 2015. My doctoral project is titled "Photoacoustic Image Reconstruction of Heterogeneous Media" and focused on a waveform transport considering acoustical perturbations in medical applications. I absolved my undergraduate university career at the Technische Universität Darmstadt (TUD, Germany) in the field of Optimization and Numerical Mathematics.
