Dottest a Linear Operator.

s.t. within percision digits. where A is in opers and x and y are created by A.range.noise( ) and A.domain.noise( ) respectivly.

Parameters:

	opers	may be a linear operator or a list of linear operators
	percision	the preceition to run the test at, determining a pass or a fail.
